Deborah did an exceptional job helping me with personal needs. She treated me with respect and dignity.  She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and to change soiled bed linens.  She had to do this twice in2 hours. Thank you so much.  Thanks also for Marie who came to support Deborah in moving me twice! She was wonderful in making me feel okay in an embarrassing situation! Our mother is a resident of the memory care unit at Charter Senior Living of Towson. My brother and I could not have made a better choice for Mom. The care she receives is outstanding! The entire staff is so professional and caring. They have become  family. Mom has her hair done once a month onsite at the beauty salon. There are so many activities like the live music on Fridays for Happy Hour. They celebrate birthdays, holidays and have cookouts during the warm weather. The staff was welcoming as usual. The new foyer looks great, very inviting. Visiting my sister in the memory care area I met a wellness coordinator that was smart, friendly, and caring. My sister is happy. She is in a good place during this challenging chapter in her life. Thank you Charter
